Ffi to her friends, who was born and raised just a stones throw away from the wedding location in Minffordd. Having lived in Cardiff for over a decade, she is now back in her local area.
Ffi works for Gwynedd Council in their Finance Department, and in her spare time she loves playing and cuddling with Medi the dog!
Alun Richard Milcoy
The Groom
Rich or Milcoy to his friends, born and raised a Cardi in Llanwenog, went to live in Cardiff and has now settled in Penrhyndeudraeth!
IT Architect by day, Geek by night, DIYer by weekend but he also enjoys being outside in the great outdoors with Medi the Brown Lab!
P.S. Even though he lives up North, don't worry he still sounds like a West Walian!

The Civil Ceremony of our Wedding and the Wedding Breakfast to follow are all hosted in Castell Deudraeth, Portmeirion. Guests are asked to arrive by 11:30am

The Evening Party of our wedding is also located at Castell Deudraeth, Portmeirion. There will be a buffet and disco so you can celebrate with us!

Our Story
Here's the story of our love, from the moment we first met until now!

Started Texting!
September 2011Ffion went to Cardiff University to study Business Management, as did Rich to study Computer Science. We started speaking for the first time in Oceana (at a Young Farmers event!) and from then on we started texting. Cardiff Uni's Welsh Society's (The Gym Gym) Family Pub Crawl (Crol Teulu) helped us get together. So there's a big thanks to the Gym Gym, YFC, Hedydd & Carys!

The First Date
October 2011The first date was a "classy" one, in the Mochyn Du! Ffion's drink of choice - Cider and Black. Then on to Walkabout, just the two of us on a Thursday night!

In a Relationship
October 21, 2011On the eve of his 22nd birthday, Rich asked Ffion out! We all know what Ffion's answer was!

Our First Home
May 2014We bought our first house in Cardiff. We did a lot of work on the house and had many happy years there.

Medi
November 2020Medi, our Chocolate Labrador arrives into our home! Both of us dotted with our little fur baby!

Engaged!
St Dwynwens Day (January 25) 2021With all of us in the midst of a lockdown, Rich and Ffi got engaged at home. Medi was the ring bearer that night!

Moved to our forever after home!
June 2021In the midst of lockdown after lockdown, the three of us decided to move from Cardiff to Penrhyndeudraeth and buy our new home nestled in the beautiful Eryri National Park.

There are only 2 rooms left in the Castle on the night of the wedding (10/06/2023). If you are interested in staying here please contact us as soon as possible. The rooms are offered at a reduced price, and we will be handed out on a "first come, first served" basis.

Children
Unfortunately only adults will be allowed to attend the day, apart from immediate family who are part of the wedding party. (A chance for you to have a break!).
Dietary Requirements
If you have any special requirements with reagrds to food (vegetarian, vegan, gluten etc.) please make sure to state it on the RSVP form.
Gifts
In order to make our dreams come true,We’d love to go on a honeymoon for a week or two.
Instead of a dinner set, a vase or a bowl,
A financial contribution would make our wedding experience whole.
We’ve created a bank account to save our honeymoon money,
We really appreciate it, and we can’t wait to go somewhere sunny!
